Job Posting Tips
- When you post a job to the Lutherwood Job Board, the post will be active for 15 days. You will be reminded that the posting is about to expire 3 days prior to expiration. At that time, you have the option to extend the posting for another 15 days by replying to that message.
- Information to Include:
- whether the job is full-time, part-time, or a summer position. Also select the best category for the posting
- When you post, you will find it most effective to include the following information:
- hours/shifts
- transportation options (i.e. own required, close to a bus route, etc)
- a salary range
- minimum job requirements
- closing date
- You have the option to allow candidates to apply directly to you through our job board, via email. If you opt out of this, please include detailed instructions for the candidate on how to apply for the job.
- The email address you supply when posting a job is the one to which we will send information, and to which candidates will send their resumes (if you allow online applications). This email address will not be visible on our site, and will not be given to anyone for any reason.
